Virtual Work Experience

 This year has been a difficult year for many.

However a particular group who had a particularly hard year are secondary and sixth form students.

Many whom had high hopes of attending various different work experiences in companies and fields they were passionate about.

Covid-19 meant many students who applied for work experience and were accepted were not able to actually attend. This not only would of filled them with disappointment but also meant that they missed out on great opportunities to network and learn lifelong skills.

So we were delighted to host a virtual work experience for young people aged 14-18 

After a good few days of networking and learning valuable skills I set them a task of designing a piece of clothing for Born To Stand Out London and explain how their designs relate to the brand.
